Sinuous, graceful, elegant, a young woman stretches with the glorious joy of one who is athletic and fit. Each move she makes is done smoothly, without awkwardness, perhaps more so because she is not performing before an audience, but rather, moving in accordance to her own volition.

The human body, indeed, is beautiful -- from the tops or our heads (and most certainly including our faces) down to our feet. Even our feet, an item that many people say they don't like,  are beautiful: they hold us up, move us forward, keep us steady and balanced.
