Driving down the highway, we've all seen a sign announcing, "Roadside Attraction Ahead," which, more often or not,  means that there's some large, informational sign not far away. One always wonders how many people make a point of actually stopping to read these things.

Roadside Attraction, the artwork, celebrates a different kind of roadside attraction, one that doesn't require public funds to set up or maintain, but one that simply exists because it is.

On a crisp, autumn day, the blazing orange leaves of autumn lean into the winding, wending country road, almost embracing the traveler from above as he or she walks or drives slowly by. The attraction is one of nature itself -- her exuberant seasonal colors, the shape and form of the trees and their leaves, the glorious blue sky of fall, the quiet and peace of a country road.
